Tomorrow

The Halloween party is finally tomorrow, but I still do not have an eye patch yet, and I do not know if I want to get a hat or not. The bad thing is, I have to go to a Halloween store, I bet they will be packed tonight, but even worse tomorrow! I may even get a parrot to sit on my shoulder, because it will be funny. The other thing I can not figure out is whether or not I should wear tights or something to that effect because I am not buying a pair of expensive boots for one night!

Nothing beats having flowers delivered to your door from someone special. Sometimes I even look at the different flowers that I wish my husband would send to me. Still Excited

It is day 3 of having my new computer, and I totally love it. Everything is blazing fast, and just awesome! I can see all of the 3D graphics on World of Warcraft, and even writing my blogs is faster because I can bring up and put down windows really fast, where it used to lag. I love this computer so much! The bad thing is that in my math class, I went to take a test, and there was nowhere to type my answers, from what the help desk says, the college blackboard program does not like Windows Vista, I am paying a lot of money to go to this school, so they really should have everything updated.

Zabaware’s Ultra Hal software won the “most human” computer of the year in the 17th annual Loebner Prize Competition for Artificial Intelligence (AI). The contest was held in New York City hosted by philanthropist Hugh Loebner.
The Loebner Prize is an annual competition where software programs attempt to convince human judges that they are actually people. The format of the competition is called a Turing Test. In a Turing Test a judge talks with 2 “entities” simultaneously through a text-based instant messaging system. One entity is a human and the other is a computer. It is up to the judge to decide which is which by typing questions to both entities and receiving answers.
Zabaware is an Erie, Pennsylvania based company that specializes in artificial intelligence technology. The company’s mission “giving your computer the power of thought” once considered a futuristic pipe dream is becoming a 2007 reality.
It is one thing to talk to your computer it is quite another to have a conversation where you are exchanging information and the computer learns and utilizes the information in the future. Zabaware’s Ultra Hal technology and its associated brain are currently doing just that. The software can give your computer a personality using AI technology, speech recognition technology, and real-time animation. Freezing

Isn’t it weird how sometimes when you wake up, you just can not seem to get warm? I have been freezing all day, so I even turned my heat on even though I hate turning it on before November, and the thermostat says that it is almost 70 degrees in here, and I still feel like I am really cold. I know I can not be the only person that this happens to. Another bad thing about today, is every year when I turn on the heat for the first time, it smells like really bad in the house, I hate that!

I am ultra happy today because I got a fresh and brand new computer. It is so much faster, and I can not wait to try some new games out on it! I can not wait to see the improvement in World of Warcraft’s performance as well. I am just too excited right now, and as I am writing I am installing my game. I got an HP with an AMD x2 5600+ processor, and so far it is as smooth as eggs
