I would love to get myself a new laptop. The one that I have is getting really old. This laptop is so old that the letters on the keys are gone and all of the silver paint where my arms rest has worn off. The thing is I cannot really get off of the money for one right now, which is probably a problem that a lot of people have! This is why I am entering the Charter Laptop-a-Day Giveaway contest! Gigantic Party!

My uncle is having a really big pig roast out at his house tomorrow (Sunday) and it is going to be crazy. I seen him advertise it on MySpace and he was handing out fliers at work. We are going to stay the night at his house so that we can get trashed and not have to worry about finding a ride home.
I will be drinking basically one drink all night and here’s the recipe:
1 Shot of UV blue vodka
Lemonade
Ice
Mix it together in a short cup, how easy is that? It is really good stuff!
There are many different kinds of UV vodka available (as seen in the picture of course) that can be mixed with a multitude of things to make yummy drinks. I just prefer the blue with the lemonade because I have already had it a few times and loved it!!!

Pregnancy is Beautiful

My friend is pregnant and due in 3 months. She has some of the cutest maternity clothes that I have ever seen! It is really neat to see someone that is close to me going through the experience of being pregnant. She is really excited, this is her first pregnancy and she really glows like they say pregnant women do. I am excited to find out whether she is having a boy or a girl, she does not know and doesn’t want to know until the child is born. My friend found some beautiful clothes at www.DueMaternity.com and she said that she was really happy to find clothes that showed off her baby bump but did not look like a curtain. I love the maternity hoodie that she bought from there, it is cute and stylish while showing off her bump. It is a beautiful thing to be pregnant, and it is even more beautiful when you can find clothes that accent pregnancy instead of making it look bad. I will include a picture of the hoodie that she has so that you can see how beautiful it can be! Summer is Fading!

It makes me sad that I know that summer is going to be over soon. I love summer and I feel like I just have a really good time when it is warm. It is time to have more bonfires and things like that so that I can close the summer out with a lot of fun and great memories!
I just think about autumn and all of the leaves changing and falling to the ground. All of those leaves will be turned into a bonfire soon enough and that will close out the summer for the year. I just hate having to bundle up to go outside!
It also means it is time for me to go back to school. School starts again on September 25th, which I realize that I am really lucky because a lot of people started over a month ago. Time for school and snow BOOO!!!
Florida: An Amazing Vacation

Florida is such a beautiful place to visit. I like to go to Florida when it is really cold here where I live. One place that I have not gotten to visit in a long time is Cypress Gardens Florida. I have pictures from when I went there as a kid, but I have never been back. Cherry Wine

I finally tried the wine that I bought a couple of weeks ago at the Farmer’s Market. I still do not like wine. I figured that maybe since it is made out of my favorite fruit I might actually like it, but I was wrong! The funny thing is too that the cork was really long and I ended up having to shove it into the bottle instead of pulling it out. Wine was not a good experience for me, and I won’t be drinking it again any time soon!
The company that made the wine is a really great company and I am sure that anyone who actually likes wine and appreciates the taste would love it too. I figured I would add that because I know that these companies put a lot of hard work into making really great wine. I am just not personally a wine lover, and I really can not drink even the finest most expensive wines.
Pizza

Pizza and beer is such a great combination. I decided to order pizza earlier today and it was really cool because my local pizza place will take competitor’s coupons. I used Little Caesar’s coupons to order really good pizza. (Little Caesars seems to suck nowadays). I got a case of beer and had pizza and beer which was so wonderful! Pizza places could make a lot more money if they would deliver beer too.
It seems like the very best way to do pizza and beer is to have really hot pizza and really cold beer. If you have not tried it before this is one of those things that you have to do!! I love this combination especially with the really good pizza that I have with my really good beer!
Dymo Label Maker

Label makers can be such an awesome help around the house. You can organize so many things with a good label maker like File folders, boxes in the closet, and much more! It is back to school time again and I can think of a ton of uses for a label maker like labeling lunchboxes, reports, and for college students there are even more ideas. I use my label maker to label all of my copied CDs that I put out in my car. I have used it for labeling many things like my sack lunches, my party bags, and even in my scrapbook. One daily task that is made easier by having a Dymo label maker is the file folder labeling. I have all of my files labeled and put into alphabetical order so that organizing my paperwork is easy as pie. All of my paperwork was in such disarray before I started keeping files. I have also labeled shoeboxes in my closet that contain things that I wanted to put away like Christmas Decorations and scrapbooking supplies. Frige Full of Beer

I was watching a show not too long ago which had a guy who wished for a never ending supply of beer in his refrigerator, it was funny because I thought that many people might have this wish. Bonfires

August is a very popular month to have bonfires because the nights get a little chilly and it is great to get together with friends around a fire and drink the night away. It is always the best when you have some hot dogs to cook over the fire too, and of course the supplies to make s’mores. My friend calls these bonfires beer fires, because usually there is a lot of beer drinking!
I do not usually drink much beer unless it is something like Woodchuck which isn’t even technically beer. If I decide to have beer it is usually going to be Bud Ice because that is my favorite kind out of all of them. I have not had beer in a long time though because usually there is some drink that is more tempting no matter where I go!
