I keep going with the hot drink theme just because it was so cold here tonight. It is the kind of cold that makes your eyeballs freeze along with your limbs! Here is another hot drink recipe that I wanted to share with you all.
Cape Brendan’s Coffee
10 ml KWV Cape Brandy
20 ml Saint Brendan’s Irish Cream
hot coffee
cream
Pour, brandy, Irish cream and last hot coffee into a coffee glass or wine glass with extra thick walls.
Top with loosely shaken cream.
