Heart Rate Clothing

Browsing the internet I found this really neat clothing that actually contains a heart rate monitor. Sports bras, and tanks with heart rate monitors built right into the clothing, now that is an innovative idea! You can have the information sent from your clothing to a wrist watch or your exercise machine, to keep track of your heart that you are getting while you are out of doors. This seems like real futuristic clothing!
A heart rate monitor can tell you whether you are not working hard enough, or working too hard. To lose weight, you have to keep your heart rate above a certain level. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommend that adults should exercise at moderate intensity (50–70 percent of maximum heart rate) for at least 30 minutes five days a week, or at a vigorous intensity (70–85 percent of maximum heart rate) for 20 minutes three days a week. This is easily tracked with heart rate monitor clothing, you can use the numbers for heart rate training!
Your heart rate is very important while working out, a heart rate monitor could be used to make sure you stay safe while working out as well, over exerting yourself can be a really bad thing, but if you are checking your wristwatch to see what your heart rate is, you should stay fine!
